The cartoonist (John Ditchburn) always retains copyright of the cartoons. Rights issued to an individual or organisation are always non exclusive. 

INKCINCT cartoons cannot be resold in any form and must comply with all other copyright requirements as stated in this document.

These copyright requirements were last modified on the 8th June 2011  and supersede any earlier copyright requirements. If you are using INKCINCT cartoons regularly then it would be a good idea to occasionally check this copyright details section to see if any copyright changes have occurred.
